Car Buying FAQ — Nick at Finnicum Motor Company, Albany GA

Question 1

Do I need to come in to get started?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. We can start the whole conversation over phone, text, or email. I'll only ask you to come in when we've found something worth your time.

Question 2

How is buying with you different from just walking into a dealership?

Accepted Answer

When you walk in cold, you're working with whoever grabs you first. With me, you have one person who knows your situation, your budget, and what matters to you — from the first conversation to the day you drive away.

Question 3

Will I be pressured to buy something I don't want?

Accepted Answer

Never. My reputation is built on repeat customers and referrals. Pushing you into the wrong car would be the fastest way to lose both. If something isn't right for you, I'll tell you.

Question 4

Can you help with financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I work with multiple lenders and can walk you through your options so you understand exactly what you're signing — monthly payment, interest rate, total cost. No surprises.

Question 5

What if my credit isn't perfect?

Accepted Answer

It's more common than you think, and it doesn't mean you're out of options. I'll be honest about what's available and help you find a path that makes sense for your situation.

Question 6

What if I have a trade-in?

Accepted Answer

Bring it up early — I'll help you understand what it's worth and how to factor it into your deal. No surprises, no low-ball games. You deserve to know what you're working with.

Question 7

What if I don't see what I want in inventory?

Accepted Answer

Tell me what you're looking for. I can often locate vehicles from other sources or let you know as soon as something matching your criteria comes in.

Question 8

Can I test drive before committing to anything?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — and I'd encourage it. A test drive tells you things a spec sheet never will. We also offer overnight test drives to ensure the vehicle aligns with your lifestyle.

Question 9

What happens after I drive off the lot?

Accepted Answer

I'm still here. If something comes up feel free to reach out. At Finnicum Motor Company, we take care of our customers before, during, and after the sale.
